Takedowns For MMA

As you know being able to take your opponent down is one of the most essential tactics of a fight.

During my MMA fights I managed to take my opponents down at will and there was nothing they could do to stop me.

The reason being is that I had a variety of takedowns to use but one that I completely mastered which I knew would work every time.

As Bruce Lee once said "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times".

Having successful takedowns in your offensive game allows you to dictate whether you decide to keep the fight standing on your feet or decide to take your opponent down and implement your grand game strategy.

Body lock position - Attacking opponent infront

Back control position - Attacking opponent behind

 50/50 position - Attacking from front with single underhook
