Kickboxing Dutch Style Combinations
Learn how to throw dutch style kickboxing combinations.
The "Dutch Style" of kickboxing commonly sets up attacks with a fast combination of punches which then follows with devastating hard kicks to finish.
This course will teach you 15 Dutch style combinations.
These combinations incorporate different themes which build up the Dutch kickboxing style such as broken rhythm, the chopping low kick, striking on different levels, targeting the liver and spleen and loads more.
I absolutely love training in this style and studying the worlds best legendary Dutch kickboxers including Ramon Dekkers, Bas Rutten, Remy Bonjasky, Alistair Overeem, Badr Hari, Ernesto Hoost, Semmy Schilt, Tyrone Spong and Nieky Holzken to name a few, the list goes on.
Heres me and a couple of my students training with Remy "The Flying Gentleman" Bonjasky, a three-time K-1 World Grand Prix Super Heavy Weight Champion.
What an unbelievable experience that was!
